Because the sand and gravel raw materials have different sizes, a two-stage feeding method is used at the loading port, which does not lead to waste generation and increases the economic benefits of the product; the production process is designed with a temporary storage hopper and a sand preparation and adjustment hopper, which can process natural sand and machine-made sand and gravel respectively, and also start and operate separately and independently. This can reduce energy consumption and downtime due to maintenance, ensure the productivity of sand and gravel production and improve efficiency; wastewater generated during sand and gravel production. The use of a plate-frame filter press allows for "100% recycling and reuse, 0 wastewater discharge"; the production line is designed according to the raw material productivity of 400 tons/hour, and the equipment layout is centralized to reduce the building area of the plant and save investment in project construction; the use of a fully sealed plant building and a design in which the main equipment is sunk underground reduces operating noise during production and environmental impact.

Production Process

After mining, river pebbles enter the JC jaw crusher. After coarse crushing by the jaw crusher, the stones are divided into two parts. Stones with small particle size are directly screened by the YKR round vibrating screen and then enter the XL spiral sand and gravel washing machine for sand washing. Then the washed stones are screened by the ZKR vibrating screen and then enter the sand washing recovery device; stones with large particle size after coarse crushing by the JC jaw crusher enter the HPY cone crusher for secondary crushing. The stones after secondary crushing enter the PLS vertical impact crusher (sand making machine) for sand production and shaping, and then are screened by the YKR round vibrating screen. After screening, they enter the DXS bucket wheel sand washing machine for sand washing. Then the washed stones are screened by the ZKR vibrating screen and then enter the sand washing recovery device. To ensure zero wastewater discharge, there is a wastewater treatment tank after the sand washing device, which is then treated using a plate and frame filter press to achieve 100% recovery and recycling.

Material Processing

River pebbles are a type of pure natural stone. The main chemical component is silicon dioxide, followed by a small amount of iron oxide and trace amounts of manganese, copper, aluminum, magnesium and other elements and compounds. They themselves have various pigments, for example, red is iron, blue is copper, purple is manganese, yellow translucent is colloidal silica chalcedony, emerald contains green minerals and so on. In the Haihe River area, river pebbles are mainly found, on which black sand is collected. Pebbles should account for more than half of the volume. Due to its wide distribution, prevalence and beautiful appearance, it is an ideal choice for yards, roads and building construction.

Applications

It is widely used in the production of machine-made molded sand and stone in areas such as water conservancy and hydropower, high-quality highways, expressways, high-speed railways, dedicated passenger lines, bridges, airport runways, municipal construction and high-rise buildings. River pebble sand is also widely used as a filler in concrete.
