On February 28, 2020, the first batch of equipment for a 2000-ton-per-hour sand and gravel aggregate production line was successfully delivered to a company from Anhui Province.
Prior to this, the company not only visited our factory but also thoroughly studied our excellent EPC projects. After the visit, they expressed their appreciation for our company's professionalism in the mining industry and acknowledged our developed crushing, grinding, and screening solution. Ultimately, they decided to cooperate with Dahua Heavy Industries on this 2000-ton-per-hour project.
Based on the specific requirements of clients, Dahua Heavy Industries organized a professional technical team to professionally customize the entire production line according to user needs and local conditions. After comprehensive consideration and analysis, we provide users with a comprehensive configuration solution.
The completion of this project will be a landmark project for our company in the region, and will also be a large-scale and significant demonstration project for mining in the region. 
Production Line Characteristics
The production line implements the concept of a "green mine" and a "smart mine." The overall design takes full advantage of the terrain, features a simple technological process, and a compact and reasonable layout. The adopted three-stage and one closed-loop crushing process of "jaw crusher + cone + cone" can be used for dual purposes. It can process high-calcium stone and produce sand and gravel aggregates. Compared with impact crushing, the output of 40-80 mm finished products is higher, operating costs are lower, and the production line is more stable and reliable; each workshop has a modular design to improve efficiency; centralized layout reduces investment costs for the construction of each workshop. The dust removal system, spray system, and intelligent control system fully meet the project requirements.
