This project is a production line for the processing, recycling, and reuse of solid steel slag waste, jointly implemented by a steel plant in Xingtai, Hebei, and our company. The production line is a general contracting project of our company. It mainly carries out the deep processing of slag waste generated during steel production at steel plants. Slag waste is transformed into treasure after crushing, magnetic separation, grinding, and purification and is effectively used to achieve zero emissions. All equipment for this project is provided by Luoyang Dahua Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd. The system is manufactured and assembled using a fully modular design, which reduces the construction time of the system and saves investment costs for clients.
Production Line Characteristics
1. Standardization:
The entire production line adopts a European standard design, and the design concept incorporates more safety and humanization factors. The overall process scheme is also more compact, standardized, and reasonable.
2. Standardization and Modularization:
All equipment throughout the production line is standardized and modularly manufactured in the factory and assembled on-site, reducing construction time and ensuring convenient and reliable installation and operation of the entire production line.
3. Intelligence:
The entire production line uses an intelligent control system and is equipped with a cloud monitoring system, DCS system, and intelligent accounting system to ensure safe and reliable operation of the production line.
4. Environmental Protection and Dust-Free:
All equipment is manufactured according to the principle of fully enclosed and environmentally friendly design and is also equipped with dust removal equipment, ensuring a dust-free production site.
