Henan Huadu Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the processing of construction and industrial waste and the production of ordinary dry mixes and special dry mixes. The dry-process fine-grained sand production line, which works in conjunction with the dry mix station, was designed and built by Luoyang Dahua Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd. The system can not only produce sand with rounded particles, but also regulate and control the particle size distribution of the sand through the efficient operation of sorting screens, powder separators and dust removal equipment, ensuring continuous and stable sorting of finished products, meeting the various requirements for the dry mix production index of clients and realizing a dust-free and clean production working environment. This fine sand production line has a flat layout, occupies a small area and is fully integrated with the corresponding dry mix station in a "two-in-one" solution. The production line is characterized by a simple and smooth process, efficient and economical operation, energy saving and environmental protection.
Device Configuration
The system is mainly used for the production of fine sand for pre-mixed mortar with a design capacity of 50 t/h. The raw material is crushed stone less than -30 mm. The fineness modulus of the finished sand can be adjusted within 2.4-3.0, and the content of stone powder is controlled within 5%-15%. The main host equipment of the system configuration is the PLS1000 special fine sand production machine produced by Luoyang Dahua. The finished product of this equipment has good particle shape, stable particle size, low equipment use cost and easy maintenance. Other auxiliary main machines include 1 multi-layer fine particle screening machine, 1 set of high-efficiency powder selection machine, 1 set of dust removal equipment for environmental protection, 3 sets of bucket elevators, 1 set of powder tank and other auxiliary metering and conveying equipment.
