This project is a collaboration between a company from Luonan, Shaanxi, and our company for a river granite processing line with a capacity of 1000 tons per hour. It mainly produces high-quality sand and gravel aggregates. The entire production line features a compact structure and reasonable layout. It uses a "jaw crusher + cone crusher + impact crusher for shaping + vertical crusher for sand production" design to meet user needs for high-quality sand and gravel aggregates. The production line was independently completed by Luoyang Dahua Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd., from overall planning and design to construction and installation; all equipment, as well as hydraulic and electronic control systems, were provided by Luoyang Dahua Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. The system is manufactured and assembled using a complete set of modular designs, shortening the construction time and saving investment costs for customers.
Production Line Characteristics
1. Standardization: The entire production line is planned and designed according to a high-standard plant model.
2. Environmental Protection and Dustlessness: All equipment uses a green and environmentally friendly principle of fully enclosed construction. Each plant module is sealed and equipped with independent dust removal equipment to ensure a dust-free production site.
3. Standardization and Modularization: All equipment of the entire production line is standardized and modularly assembled in the factory and assembled on-site, which shortens the construction period and ensures convenient and reliable installation and operation of the entire production line.
